Platform Usage Guidelines

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and dewe11 ("Platform", "we", "company"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the services, website, mobile application, and any content provided by dewe11.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the dewe11 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which form part of this agreement. These Terms take full effect from the date you first use the platform.

Dewe11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members of any material changes via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the dewe11 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration
• A citizen or permanent resident located in a jurisdiction that permits online gambling
• Not restricted or prohibited from using online gambling services by any applicable law or regulation
• Have never closed or had an account suspended at dewe11 without a satisfactory resolution
• Register for yourself only — not on behalf of another person or as an agent
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process

Dewe11 reserves the right at any time to request identity verification (KYC) documents from any member, including copies of identification cards, passports, bank statements, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure.

03 Member Account

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their account, including their username, password, and other login credentials. dewe11 recommends that members use a strong, unique password and never share login information with anyone, including family members.

Members agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and do not disclose it to any third party
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device
• Notify dewe11 immediately if they suspect their account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation
• Update personal information whenever changes occur, including email address and phone number
• Not transfer, sell, or assign the account to any other party

Dewe11 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to safeguard their account credentials. Any activity carried out through a member's account is deemed to be the activity of that member unless the member can demonstrate otherwise.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Dewe11 supports a range of secure and recognised payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly or within a short timeframe depending on the selected payment method.

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are based on the selected payment method and the member's account level
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name
• Dewe11 does not accept deposits from third parties or through unverifiable methods
• Successful deposits will be credited to the member's gaming account immediately upon confirmation

Withdrawal Policy:

• Winning withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request being received and verified
• Dewe11 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing a first-time withdrawal
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in the same member's name
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and can be reviewed on the member account page
• Any taxes or bank charges associated with withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the member

05 Bonus & Promotions

Dewe11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective offer, and those terms form part of these Terms.

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before wins can be withdrawn
• Bonus validity periods are stated in the relevant promotional terms — expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash
• Dewe11 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through dishonest means or by exploiting the system
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all related accounts being closed

06 Game Rules

All games offered on the dewe11 platform operate according to established rules and procedures. Each game has its own rules, which can be reviewed within the respective game interface.

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error
• The RNG (Random Number Generator) system in use has been independently audited and meets international fairness standards
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, dewe11 will restore the member's account balance to its state prior to the disruption
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or amended
• Dewe11 reserves the right to void rounds or wagers affected by system errors or technical issues

For matters involving live games, the outcome announced by the game dealer is final. In the event of a dispute, the video recording of the relevant session will serve as the primary reference in the investigation.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Members agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the dewe11 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised tools to play or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software bugs to gain an undue advantage
• Engaging in any activity that may be classified as money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Using another person's payment information or methods without their authorisation
• Committing any form of fraud, forgery, or misrepresentation against dewe11 or other members
• Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the security or integrity of the platform's systems

08 Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the dewe11 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Closure by Member:

• Any valid cash balance will be returned to the member's registered bank account upon closure
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure
• Members who close their account due to a gambling problem may apply for a self-exclusion program

Closure by dewe11:

• Dewe11 reserves the right to close a member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms
• Accounts closed due to fraud or illegal activity are not eligible for a balance refund
• Dewe11's account closure decisions are final, subject to the internal appeals process

09 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform and all dewe11 services are provided on an "as is" basis. dewe11 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Dewe11 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or cyberattacks beyond our control
• Dewe11 is not responsible for any financial decisions made by members based on their use of the platform
• Dewe11's maximum total liability to any member is limited to the amount of active deposits held in that member's account
• Any claims against dewe11 must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the disputed incident

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Dewe11 takes the privacy and protection of all members' personal data seriously. All information collected, processed, and stored by dewe11 is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Members' personal information is collected solely for legitimate purposes related to the operation of the platform

• Member information will not be sold or shared with third parties without the member's consent, except as required by law
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data

11 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where dewe11 operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through the following process:

• Stage 1 – Internal Resolution: Members must first contact the dewe11 customer support team to seek an informal resolution within 14 days
• Stage 2 – Formal Appeal: If unsatisfied, members may submit a written appeal to dewe11 management within 30 days
• Stage 3 – Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body

By using the dewe11 platform, you agree that any legal action relating to these Terms will be heard in the jurisdiction designated by dewe11, and you waive the right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
